SUPPLY POINTe Franchise: Enterprise Logistics, Training and Ownership

Supply Pointe Franchise

The SUPPLY POINTe franchise connects commercial customers with a network of trucking, freight forwarding, pallet and industrial packaging providers. This overview describes the Enterprise offering in the April 23, 2026 FDD. Its central activity is developing business accounts and coordinating services that customers need, rather than operating every part of the transportation network directly.

The Enterprise business model

Item 1 describes an independent business-to-business sales company. Authorized services include packaging, logistics, transportation, inventory management and industrial waste removal. The range gives a sales team several ways to serve a commercial account, but does not guarantee recurring orders or a particular level of revenue.

SUPPLY POINTe Franchising, LLC was formed in North Carolina in December 2016 and began offering franchises in January 2017. Its principal office is in Charlotte. Item 2 identifies Matthew Cahill and Adam Cahill as founders and managing owners associated with the underlying business.

A home-office option with field-sales duties

The Enterprise business may operate from a home office, with a required virtual office address. Both the owner and designated salesperson participate in sales and marketing, using field activity and approved technology-based methods. A home office therefore describes the operating location, rather than removing the need for customer visits or a sales team.

Buyers comparing models can use our home-based franchise guide and online business franchise overview to consider how office flexibility relates to actual owner responsibilities.

Investment and fees

The April 2026 Enterprise FDD estimates an initial investment of $247,150 to $262,650. Item 7 includes the $89,900 franchise fee, a $17,500 training and onboarding fee for up to three people, $55,000 for sales coordination and coaching, and a $2,500 collateral package. It also budgets six months of salesperson base pay and additional funds. These are Enterprise terms and should not be combined with a different offering.

Item 6 lists a royalty of 4.25% of Gross Sales, subject to minimum royalties. Item 11 describes marketing-fund contributions beginning at $100 monthly in month 13, increasing to $225 in month 25 and $550 in month 37. Review these obligations alongside our guide to franchise fees.

Item 10 states that the franchisor does not offer direct or indirect financing or guarantee the franchisee’s obligations. Item 5 provides a $5,000 initial franchise fee discount for qualifying military veterans through VetFran.

Initial training

The training program combines remote learning with headquarters classroom and field instruction in Charlotte. Subjects include customer relationship management software, product knowledge, business planning, territory management, sales and financial management. The owner and salesperson must complete the required program satisfactorily before opening.

The disclosed headquarters portion includes two days of classroom and field training for up to three people. Item 11 includes lodging and a travel credit of up to $1,500 for the in-person portion, with costs beyond the allowance and certain additional attendee expenses remaining the franchisee’s responsibility. Training uses the operations manual and related materials.

Sales coordination and continuing support

The initial sales coordination and coaching program supports lead-generation activity, account management, vendor sourcing and financial and sales reviews. The ongoing development program includes coaching, inside sales coordination, mentoring and mastermind calls under its disclosed terms. These support activities should not be interpreted as promised customers or earnings.

Item 11 also describes operating guidance through telephone, email and other channels, manual updates, pricing advice and required continuing training when offered. Advertising requires approval, and the franchisor controls websites and social media using the brand. Marketing fund spending is not guaranteed in an individual territory.

The owner’s responsibility

Item 15 does not require full-time personal owner participation, but owners remain responsible for proper management and compliance. The business must maintain a qualified, full-time Designated Salesperson working at least 40 hours per week. At least 80% of that person’s working time must be spent on face-to-face field sales within the designated territory.

That staffing requirement is central to evaluating the model. Consider how you would recruit and support a salesperson, manage customer relationships, coordinate suppliers and oversee the business. Speak with franchisees about their workflow, customer concentration, payment terms and the practical value of coaching.

Comparing the opportunity

SUPPLY POINTe may suit an owner interested in consultative business sales and supplier coordination. Its appeal rests on the commercial service range and operating framework, rather than assurances of low risk, effortless growth or passive income.
