About My Salon Suite
My Salon Suite’s operating roots include affiliated salon businesses dating to 2010. Suite Management Franchising, LLC was formed in Florida on March 30, 2012 and began franchising My Salon Suite on July 1, 2012. The company also franchised Salon Plaza from April 2015 through December 2021; it now offers My Salon Suite franchises. A June 2021 ownership transaction and the subsequent Propelled Brands reorganization placed the business within a broader group of franchise brands.
The concept provides individual salon studios in a shared location. Franchisees typically lease premises of 5,000–8,000 square feet and develop suites for independent salon professionals, who schedule their own appointments, serve their own clients and collect their own service revenue. The franchise owner manages the suite leasing business, maintains suites and common areas, and provides the location’s required amenities, including wireless internet. The offering includes new locations and conversions of existing salon businesses, with separate requirements for each format.
According to Item 20 of the May 1, 2026 FDD, the system finished 2025 with 320 franchised locations and 51 company-owned or affiliated locations, totaling 371. Those figures describe the network at that year-end. Its development from early affiliated salons into a multi-location franchise system gives prospective owners a documented operating history to evaluate alongside the local market for salon suites.
My Salon Suite Training and Support

Previously approved template plans may be available for a fee. Owners locate and secure the premises and pay for construction, remodeling, equipment and installation. The franchisor reviews proposed grand-opening advertising and may provide campaign assistance at its discretion.

Initial tuition is included for two people attending together. Additional participants are charged $2,000 each, and owners pay their trainees’ transportation, lodging, meals and wages. University sessions are generally offered quarterly or more often as needed. The franchisee uses the franchisor’s materials to train other employees, and replacement designated managers must successfully complete University before taking over management.
After opening, the franchisor provides consultation on management and operations as it considers necessary and subject to personnel availability. Support may be delivered by telephone, intranet or visits. Owners retain access to the operations manual, use approved marketing materials and follow the brand’s equipment, software and vendor standards. The required technology framework includes designated point-of-sale and communication systems; owners maintain their systems and pay the related operating costs.
Refresher and additional training may be offered or required, including up to two days annually under the disclosed additional-training provision. Tuition, travel and other attendance expenses are the owner’s responsibility; requested on-site assistance can also carry charges and expenses. If the franchisor schedules an annual conference, attendance is required for up to three days, with registration and travel costs. Returning to University every five years is recommended. The Franchise Advisory Council, established in 2017, provides a forum for franchisee input on operations and advertising.
Why My Salon Suite
My Salon Suite brings together commercial leasing and the local beauty community. Its customers are independent professionals who need dedicated studios for their own businesses, giving the franchise owner a clear focus: recruit suitable tenants, maintain an appealing property and develop relationships that support tenant retention. A location can accommodate different types of salon professionals, while the brand supplies a common operating framework for the suites and shared areas.
The opportunity may fit an owner who enjoys property operations, local marketing and business-to-business relationship building. Day-to-day responsibilities can be assigned to an approved manager who completes the required training, while the owner remains personally involved in supervision and management. For that buyer, the appeal is the ability to build a local professional community within an established salon suite franchise system.
