About PRIME IV Hydration & Wellness
PRIME IV’s development is connected to Amy Neary, its CEO since August 2019 and owner of the affiliated Colorado Springs business since September 2017. Her earlier business experience includes owning two Any Lab Test Now businesses in Colorado Springs. The franchisor was incorporated in Wyoming as Revivology Franchising, Inc. on August 28, 2019 and changed its name to Prime I.V. Hydration & Wellness, Inc. on February 19, 2020. It began offering unit franchises and a separate area-representative opportunity in January 2020. The FDD also identifies a Duluth affiliate owned by Neary since July 2024.
The May 4, 2026 unit FDD, amended August 8, 2026, describes new centers and add-on franchises for existing medical or healthcare practices. These are distinct from the area-representative business offered under a separate FDD. Center services include IV hydration and other approved offerings, with memberships and client-service processes included in the operating and training model.
For a new unit, Item 7 estimates an initial investment of $187,701 to $606,693, including a $49,000 initial franchise fee. An add-on franchise has a separate investment schedule and a $34,000 initial fee. The FDD recommends premises of at least 1,200 square feet. The ownership structure depends on the location and the owner’s professional qualifications. Where required, the franchisee operates a management-services business under an approved agreement with a professional entity that controls clinical care. The FDD also describes an approved waiver structure where applicable law permits it.
PRIME IV Hydration & Wellness Training and Support
Initial training starts with Prime U, a six-hour virtual program covering real estate, the operating manual, medical onboarding, marketing, business systems and the opening process. It is followed by a five-day Prime Academy at the home office and training center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Academy schedule lists 19 classroom hours and 16 hands-on hours, covering client experience, memberships, staffing, marketing, point-of-sale and electronic-record systems, reporting and role-appropriate clinical protocols. Required online modules precede the Academy, and all required training must be completed satisfactorily before opening.
The required attendees include the individual franchisee or at least one owner of an entity, an approved general manager where applicable, designated management-team members and licensed professionals to the extent permitted by law. Initial training has no tuition charge; the franchisee pays wages, travel, accommodation, meals and transportation. Clinical instruction does not replace professional licenses or qualifications.
Pre-opening assistance includes site and lease review, approved supplier and equipment specifications, computer-system requirements and access to manuals and digital training. For the first unit, PRIME IV provides an opening supervisor at its expense for two days during the soft opening to help with setup, staff training and operating efficiency; additional requested time is at the owner’s expense. The FDD typically requires opening within 180 days of signing, subject to the agreed deadline. The owner funds at least $17,000 in grand-opening marketing during the specified period around the soft opening.
Continuing support includes guidance on approved services, operating standards, local promotions, administration, staff training and equipment specifications, along with manual updates and advertising review. Supplemental and refresher training may be required or optional, with locations and frequency set by PRIME IV; related expenses and possible course fees are the owner’s responsibility. Requested center assistance, when provided, is listed at $300 per day plus expenses. Franchisees also maintain the required technology and the qualified professional team.
Why PRIME IV Hydration & Wellness
PRIME IV may appeal to an owner who enjoys building a team and managing a service center with appointments, memberships and a defined client experience. Its virtual onboarding, classroom and practical Academy training, operating manuals and first-unit soft-opening assistance give the business team a structured path from preparation to launch. The new-center and add-on formats offer different starting points for a new operator or an existing qualifying practice.
The operating model calls for full-time owner participation or a fully trained manager who is directly involved in daily operations. The manager need not hold an ownership stake. At least one licensed medical or healthcare professional must be present during business hours, and business staff must respect clinicians’ professional judgment. A suitable owner will be prepared to lead the administrative team, manage memberships and local marketing, and maintain the professional relationships required for the center.
