About Gatsby Glass
HPB Glass LLC, the Gatsby Glass franchisor, was organized in February 2022 and is based in Omaha, Nebraska. It acquired assets and operating information from BJSD Acquisition, LLC in March 2022; that predecessor had operated a local residential and commercial glass business since 2021. The system combines assessment, estimating, sales, scheduling and installation procedures for glass projects in homes and commercial properties.
The April 20, 2026 FDD estimates $201,383–$258,968 to establish one business in a single protected territory, including a $59,500 initial franchise fee and three months of additional funds. The estimate assumes approximately 1,500–3,000 square feet of leased office, warehouse or flex space, an installation van and a sales vehicle. Separate multi-unit arrangements are available to qualified owners, with additional fees and operating requirements.
Gatsby Glass Training and Support
Initial training has three phases. The first two generally run over eight weeks through digital instruction and video meetings, followed by approximately four days at the Omaha training facility or another designated location. The $4,995 tuition fee covers the owner and up to two additional representatives, including the general or designated manager, and includes lodging and certain meals during the in-person phase. Travel and other living expenses remain additional. Before opening, owners receive manual and intranet access, supplier and equipment lists, startup operating guidance and help coordinating opening marketing services.
After launch, Gatsby Glass provides updated operating standards, approved product and supplier information, and periodic advice on operating the business. A contact center handles and routes customer communications and work orders under the current program, with separate fees and the franchisor’s right to change or discontinue it. Owners attend required annual training or conferences and may obtain additional instruction. Support can be delivered through meetings, written resources, telephone and electronic communications, with fees applying to certain assistance.
Why Gatsby Glass
Gatsby Glass combines residential projects such as shower enclosures and mirrors with commercial work such as glass walls and partitions. That service mix gives a local operator several project types to develop, supported by defined estimating, scheduling and installation processes. The business is built around coordinating skilled field work and managing the customer experience from quotation through completion.
This can suit an owner who enjoys sales, project organization and managing qualified installation teams. The owner devotes personal attention and best efforts to the business, or may employ a trained designated manager with written approval. Dedicated vehicles and an approved operating facility support the delivery of services, while the training sequence and ongoing operating guidance provide a framework for building local operations.
