About CycleBar

Founded in 2004, CycleBar developed a studio concept dedicated to indoor cycling. Its experience combines coached group rides with music and individual performance feedback, serving riders with different levels of experience.

A significant ownership change came in August 2025, when Extraordinary Brands announced its acquisition of CycleBar and Rumble from Xponential Fitness. The company announcement placed the cycling brand within a portfolio spanning cycling, boxing, rowing and barre. Extraordinary Brands described a shared-services approach encompassing marketing, operations and franchise business coaching.

Today, the CycleBar experience continues to emphasize the relationship between instructors and riders. CycleBeats supplies music playlists, while CycleStats records ride performance and sends results to participants. These features connect the energy of a group class with a rider’s personal progress.

CycleBar Training and Support

CycleBar’s current franchise program describes opening guidance from the CycleBar and Extraordinary Brands teams. Support covers choosing a site, negotiating a lease, construction, recruiting studio staff, preparing membership sales and marketing the studio.

After opening, the published program includes continuing training, weekly and monthly update webinars, and individual support as the business develops. This combines help establishing the location with continuing access to operating guidance. The parent company also describes centralized marketing, shared operational resources and franchise business coaching across its portfolio.

Why CycleBar

CycleBar may appeal to an owner who wants to build a local fitness community around a clear specialty. Music, coaching and measurable ride feedback give the studio team several ways to engage members beyond simply providing exercise equipment.

The model suits a buyer who enjoys team leadership, customer relationships and local outreach. A focused cycling experience provides a recognizable service to market, while the current parent-company structure connects studio ownership with resources across several boutique fitness concepts. The owner’s work remains practical: building a dependable team and making the studio a place riders want to visit regularly.
