Code Ninjas Franchise

Code Ninjas operates educational learning centers for children. Its April 3, 2026 FDD identifies Code Ninjas, LLC as the Texas company formed in August 2016 that began franchising in November 2016. The offering includes Learning Center and Studio Center formats, with separate terms for development of multiple centers.

Item 15 distinguishes ownership from daily operation. An entity appoints a trained owner as its Designated Principal. If that person does not supervise full time each day, an approved, trained full-time Center Director is required. Compare the format, staffing commitment and agreement when evaluating ownership. The April 3, 2026 FDD’s Item 11 describes two weeks of remote study followed by an in-person week in Atlanta. Its table lists 28 classroom hours and no on-the-job hours. Required owners and managers must complete the applicable programs, with training finished at least 60 days before opening.

Each attendee pays the New Franchisee Training Fee; owners also cover travel and staff expenses. Replacement managers and additional training can create further obligations.
