The Amazing Athletes franchise provides developmental sports education and physical-fitness programs for children. Its mobile model may interest buyers who want to build relationships with local schools and families while organizing coaches and classes. Amazing Athletes Franchise Systems, LLC’s April 8, 2026 FDD describes the programs, training and operating responsibilities behind that opportunity.
Programs and places to teach
The core offering uses the Amazing Athletes and Amazing Tots brands for children from 18 months to 12 years, with the applicable age group depending on the program purchased. The proprietary curriculum includes weekly developmental sports lessons, age-appropriate fitness activities, motor-development fundamentals, and basic anatomy and nutrition. Optional Plus Programs are separate offerings under the franchise terms.
Item 1 describes classes at qualified facilities such as preschools, daycare centers and elementary schools within the territory. Programs may be offered before, during or after school, during vacations, at camps, on weekends and at other functions. Mobile delivery does not mean the franchise can operate anywhere without location relationships or applicable territorial requirements.
When evaluating your area, identify who approves outside programs, which times are available and how classes would fit each facility’s schedule. The curriculum provides a teaching framework; it does not guarantee a particular developmental or health result for every child.
Franchise history and organization
A California predecessor formed in 2007 began offering franchises in 2008. A Tennessee predecessor followed in 2013. An affiliated company acquired franchise assets in September 2018, and the current franchisor was formed in October 2018. The parent ownership structure includes Super Sports Holdings, which does business as Youth Athletes United.
Those dates describe the franchise system’s development. They do not establish a future expansion rate or guarantee enrollment for a new owner.
Home-based administration and local work
Item 11 anticipates operation from a home office and does not require a separate commercial office. The teaching programs take place at participating locations. A buyer should plan for coach recruitment, class scheduling, equipment, transport, insurance, local marketing and administration alongside the work of establishing facility relationships.
Ask which startup materials are included in each purchase and which are separately charged. Access to the brand and curriculum should not be confused with obtaining government licenses or every approval needed to operate locally.
Initial training and continuing assistance
The initial core training program is approximately five days, with a sixth day for Plus Program instruction. The core schedule lists 30 classroom hours and four practical hours covering curriculum demonstrations, class observation and teaching, sales, marketing, partnerships, recruiting, administration and reporting. Training may be provided at a designated location or through approved online methods.
The FDD describes no tuition for the core training and materials, while additional attendees, travel and other attendance expenses have separate terms. Enhanced Business Coaching and Training is provided for a first franchise against a separate paid fee; additional or extraordinary training can also incur charges. Franchisees remain responsible for preparing their staff to deliver the program.
Opening support includes designation of the territory, approved advertising materials, system standards, operations materials and supplier information. Ongoing obligations include approved materials and supplier and service lists. Field support, counseling and additional programs are described separately as optional assistance, with availability and fees depending on the service. Annual conference attendance is required under the current offering, with attendee expenses borne by the franchisee.
Ownership fit and next steps
Item 15 calls for the franchisee or operating principals to participate in daily business activities. A manager may be employed, subject to the applicable approval and training requirements. Assess who will coordinate coaches, communicate with facilities and families, and maintain service consistency.
This opportunity is worth exploring if your interest in children’s activities is matched by an interest in building a local service business. Speak with existing franchisees about gaining facility access, hiring coaches and managing the calendar.
