The Crestcom franchise is a business that markets and delivers management, sales and personnel-development training. Its March 31, 2026 individual-program Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) explains the programs, facilitator qualifications and owner responsibilities. Our Crestcom franchise profile provides a related overview.
The individual franchise and its programs
Item 1 identifies the franchisor as Crestcom International, LLC, a Delaware company organized in December 2007 with its principal office in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The offering licenses the Crestcom marks, training materials and operating methods for a training business.
The FDD describes Crestcom LEADER as a video-based, live-facilitated program typically delivered through monthly half-day sessions over twelve months. Participants who continue with LEADER+ typically attend quarterly afterward. Additional programs have qualification requirements and may carry additional charges. These are descriptions of the training format, not guarantees that participants will change behavior or that clients will achieve particular financial results.
An individual franchisee is not automatically an area representative. Item 1 describes area representative agreements as a separate offering under a separate disclosure document. Those representatives introduce prospective franchisees and may provide certain support. The individual business reviewed here focuses on marketing and delivering training to clients.
Training to run the business and facilitate sessions
Item 11 provides initial instruction in operations, sales systems, prospecting, marketing, materials and customer deliverables. The owner or Principal Representative must complete initial training satisfactorily before beginning operations and complete the LaunchPad to Success program after commencement. Delivery may be virtual or in person at the franchisor’s discretion.
Each facilitator must complete the four-part PRO Facilitation Certification program. For the initial business, the FDD specifies completion within 180 days of commencement; facilitators engaged later must complete it before delivering live instruction. The owner or Principal Representative may serve as facilitator if qualified.
Required meetings and continuing programs also form part of the relationship. Travel, living expenses and applicable training or meeting charges need to be considered in the operating budget. Applicants should confirm the current training schedule and the terms applicable to each attendee.
Materials, marketing and ongoing guidance
The FDD describes an initial inventory of training and sample documents, potentially supplied digitally, and access to the C.O.A.C.H. intranet. Operating manuals and marketing resources support the business. Materials and optional programs can change over time.
Ongoing assistance includes consultation by telephone or electronic means on reasonable request, and advertising materials or sales leads as they become available. Some resources may carry charges. An optional mentoring program connects a franchisee with an existing owner selected by Crestcom, subject to prerequisites and availability.
Franchisees must promote their businesses and follow advertising approval requirements. Corporate resources do not remove the owner’s responsibility to find clients, explain the programs and maintain commercial relationships.
Owner involvement and business fit
Item 15 requires franchisees or their Principal Representatives to devote their best, full-time efforts to management and operation. Owners are responsible for recruiting, supervising and managing their employees, facilitators and other representatives. Marketing materials may be offered from a residence or another approved location, but a home-office option does not make the business passive.
A prospective owner should assess both the sales work and the delivery work: developing relationships with organizations, securing participants, arranging sessions and maintaining qualified facilitators. Ask current franchisees how they divide their time and what their client-development process requires.
Questions before committing
Review the applicable FDD’s fees, investment assumptions, assigned-area provisions and financial performance disclosures. Compare the individual program with the separate area representative offering only after understanding their different obligations. Neither a training curriculum nor a franchise license establishes affordability, accreditation, guaranteed client outcomes or assured earnings.
