The documented Spanish Fort announcement
On October 16, 2023, CBRE announced that it had arranged a 5,035-square-foot lease for Voodoo Brewing at Eastern Shore Centre in Spanish Fort, Alabama. The release described the project as the brand’s first expansion into Alabama and said an opening was planned for later that year.
CBRE identified Tony Cordell as a co-owner and included his account of discovering the brand with Mo and purchasing a franchise. The announced premises were at 30500 Highway 181 in Spanish Fort. These are details of the 2023 announcement, not confirmation of a current opening schedule, operating status or business for sale.
Correction to the earlier Fairhope reference
An earlier version of this article described an unnamed husband-and-wife placement in Fairhope. We have not verified that placement or established that it was the same project as the Spanish Fort lease. The two cities should not be treated as interchangeable.
