About Ultimate Longevity Center

Ultimate Longevity Franchisor, LLC was formed in Delaware on December 5, 2025, and began offering franchises on December 31, 2025. Based in Newport Beach, California, it is part of Sequel Brands through its parent, Sequel UL Holdings. The April 30, 2026 FDD, amended September 1, describes a new franchise concept whose franchisor has not itself operated a center.

The system incorporates intellectual property licensed from Ultimate Human, LLC, including materials associated with Gary Brecka and The Ultimate Human. Brecka has a promotional role in the franchise opportunity; the FDD states that he does not participate in the franchisor’s management or control.

The standard prototype occupies approximately 2,000 to 2,200 square feet in a metropolitan area or surrounding suburb. Its non-medical offering includes authorized wellness modalities, membership programs, client education, wellness tracking and approved retail products. Examples in the FDD include infrared sauna, red light and compression services, subject to the approved menu and applicable requirements.

The operating model separates the franchisee’s business responsibilities from clinical care. The franchisee provides non-medical services and administrative support, while the approved medical provider employs and supervises licensed professionals and controls clinical decisions. The September amendment identifies Lifeforce as the designated provider, except where it cannot supply services in the jurisdiction. Medical services and their availability depend on that provider’s professional judgment and applicable requirements.

A single-center franchise has a $65,000 initial franchise fee. Qualified buyers may also enter a development agreement with separate commitments for multiple centers. Additional brand resources are available on the official Ultimate Longevity Center website and Sequel’s franchise information page.

Ultimate Longevity Center Training and Support

The owner or Operating Principal and the Designated Manager must complete initial training to the franchisor’s satisfaction. The disclosed schedule currently includes approximately three days in person at headquarters and two days virtually, with practical instruction at the center and additional designated-manager training. The franchisor can change the schedule, location and format.

Instruction covers non-clinical workflows and coordination with the medical provider, customer experience, technology, retail merchandising, marketing, sales, operations, finance, real estate and center development. The Designated Manager receives further training in sales, marketing, general operations, customer-management systems and technology. Training for unlicensed participants is limited to business, retail and administrative functions.

Initial tuition for the required trainees is included when they attend the same pre-opening session. Franchisees pay travel, living expenses and wages; later or replacement attendees can incur additional fees. Non-clinical staff complete a separate onboarding program before starting their roles. That program is currently delivered virtually over one day for $100 per person.

Before opening, the franchisor reviews proposed sites and plans, designates a construction and real estate services vendor, provides prototype design specifications and manual access, and supplies the paid presale, inventory, millwork and lighting packages. It specifies the equipment package and advises on scheduling, local marketing and networking. The owner secures the site, contractors, employees and required approvals.

Ongoing assistance includes advertising review, Brand Fund administration, the system website and additional operational consultation on reasonable request, subject to personnel availability. Consultation may take place through materials, electronic resources, meetings, webinars or in person, with fees and expenses for certain on-site services. Further training may be required, including up to five days of refresher or advanced training each year. Optional or remedial training can carry separate charges.

Why Ultimate Longevity Center

Ultimate Longevity Center brings memberships, approved wellness services and retail activity into a defined physical-center model. Its appeal for an operator lies in organizing the member experience: coordinating schedules, leading customer-facing staff, maintaining equipment and facilities, and building local relationships. The prescribed systems and provider arrangement give those responsibilities a clear structure.

This is an emerging franchise opportunity for a buyer comfortable developing a new location and managing a service team. A trained Operating Principal must hold at least 51% of the franchise entity, and a Designated Manager handles daily operations; the same qualified person may fill both roles. A required trainee must supervise the center on the premises whenever it is open.

The model is best matched to an owner who can maintain a clear division between business management and independently delivered clinical services. Franchise training supports the operational role, while clinical judgment and medical staffing remain with the medical provider.
