PremierGarage is a franchise for the design, sale and installation of garage organization and flooring products and services. The March 20, 2026 FDD identifies Organized Spaces, LLC as the franchisor. For prospective owners, the business combines customer consultations, design and sales with installation scheduling and team management.
A garage-focused franchise offering
The current franchise is separate from The Tailored Closet. Item 1 explains that the earlier Tailored Living featuring PremierGarage offering was divided into two offerings effective November 1, 2022. Interior-home organization is covered by The Tailored Closet disclosure, while this document covers garage organization and flooring.
The franchisor’s immediate parent is Home Franchise Concepts, with JM Family Enterprises as its ultimate parent. That relationship provides corporate context; it does not establish a particular franchisee’s results or remove the owner’s operating obligations.
Preparing the business and premises
Item 11 requires office and warehouse space. A showroom is optional and requires approval if established. The franchisor does not select the office or warehouse site for the owner, so site costs and suitability need to be addressed in the operating plan.
Pre-opening resources include a startup package, training, access to operating and design manuals, staff-training information and recommendations for standard equipment and suppliers. Confirm what is supplied, what must be purchased and who is responsible for delivery and installation.
Academy and practical training
Initial instruction combines five days of Academy training at the HFC Experience Center in Coppell, Texas with virtual work before and after the Academy. The curriculum includes business systems, financial management, design software, consultative sales, measuring, products, warehouse procedures and hands-on installation.
The owner or manager must complete initial training satisfactorily before operations begin. Attendee travel, accommodation, meals and employee wages need to be budgeted under the applicable terms. The reviewed document contains differing assumptions for extra-attendee and training expenses, so obtain written clarification rather than treating one estimate as universal.
Ongoing assistance and owner duties
Item 11 describes consultation during normal business hours, instruction as products and methods change, promotional information, a system website and a shared toll-free telephone number. Requested additional on-site instruction can involve a daily charge plus travel and living expenses. Ask how those resources work in routine operations and when extra help is available.
Item 15 favors active participation. If the franchisee does not operate the business personally, it must employ a full-time manager who completes training and devotes normal business hours to the operation. That manager does not need an equity interest when the franchisee is a company.
Evaluating a local garage-services business
Ask existing owners how they generate appointments, measure and price projects, coordinate installers and handle service concerns. Review how product lead times, job complexity and callbacks affect scheduling. Compare your staffing plan with the volume and type of projects you expect to pursue.
Prepare a budget covering premises, vehicles, tools, inventory, software, marketing, payroll and working capital. Confirm the full current investment and fee schedules for the territory under consideration. A recognizable brand and a training program do not guarantee a customer base or profitability.
See our PremierGarage franchise profile for a related overview and information request. Evaluate this garage offering separately from any additional franchise rights you may consider.
