About Pink’s Window Services

Pink’s Window Services was co-founded in Austin, Texas, by Brandon Downer and Carter Smith in June 2020. The franchise company, Pink’s Franchising LLC, was formed in May 2023 and began offering franchises on June 28, 2023. It is part of ResiBrands, whose affiliated service brands include That 1 Painter and Garage Up. Downer and Smith oversee the Pink’s training program as co-founders and co-presidents.

The business serves homeowners and commercial properties needing window washing or pressure washing. Franchisees follow designated service procedures, equipment standards and brand presentation requirements. The model brings together customer-facing field work, estimating, sales and local marketing, with the owner responsible for developing the territory and managing service delivery.

Operating from a home office

The standard offering assumes a home office, with a suitable vehicle used to travel to customer properties. Required equipment includes a water filtration system, ladders, hoses, a pressure washer and other window-cleaning tools. The initial franchise fee for one territory is $69,000. Initial training and marketing development are separate fees, and owners also plan for vehicles, equipment, insurance, advertising and working capital. Commercial office space is optional and subject to approval.

Pink’s Window Services Training and Support

Pink’s Initial Management Training Program combines virtual lessons with classroom and hands-on instruction at its Austin headquarters. Topics include business management, estimating and sales, marketing, technology, hiring, service operations, accounting, safety and project management. All owners, general managers and sales managers must attend the required program and complete it successfully before the business opens.

Initial tuition is $1,500 for the first attendee, $1,000 for the second and $500 for each additional attendee. It includes instructor time, training materials and up to three days of on-site training; travel and personal expenses are paid by the franchisee. Before opening, the franchisor also defines the territory, supplies the operating manual and equipment specifications, identifies approved suppliers and provides advertising samples or digital artwork.

Ongoing assistance is available by telephone, video conference and email, subject to staff availability. Pink’s maintains a brand website linking to the local business and supplies updated specifications and supplier lists. The separate marketing development service covers initial webpage development, local search optimization, graphics and advertising copy. Additional training, remedial visits and franchise meetings may be required and can carry separate fees and travel expenses. Owners remain responsible for hiring staff, securing required licenses and conducting approved local marketing.

Why Pink’s Window Services

Pink’s Window Services offers a focused home-services business with residential and commercial customers, a home-office format and a defined set of service equipment. The franchise fits an owner who wants to build local relationships and supervise a field-service operation. Owners personally oversee daily business management, with an approved, trained manager able to support operations on a full-time basis.
