About Live Hydration Spa

LIVE Hydration Spa Franchise LLC was established in Nebraska in November 2020 and began offering franchises in February 2021. The Omaha-based franchisor was co-founded by Cassandra (Casey) Kuhl, an advanced practice registered nurse who has served as chief medical officer since formation. Her disclosed operating experience includes managing an affiliate-owned Omaha spa beginning in 2018.

The franchise system distinguishes two business structures. A qualified owner may operate a spa directly where permitted. Alternatively, a non-medical owner may operate a spa management business that provides facilities, marketing and administrative services to authorized care providers under an approved management agreement. The appropriate structure and professional responsibilities are established for the specific location.

Services and local operations

The approved service range includes IV hydration and vitamin therapy, alongside other designated wellness and aesthetic services that may include injectables, oxygen therapy and weight-management offerings. Services are provided from an approved spa and, where authorized, approved third-party sites. The model uses designated supplies, customer-management systems and brand standards. Clinical services must be delivered by appropriately qualified professionals; franchise ownership does not confer a professional license or authority to provide treatment.

Live Hydration Spa Training and Support

Initial training takes place over approximately two weeks through remote instruction and sessions at the franchisee’s spa. The owner or managing owner and one operating manager attend, completing the required program no later than 45 days before opening. Subjects include business setup, leases, buildout, customer service, staffing, software, memberships, inventory, documentation, safety, sanitation and marketing. Training for an unlicensed franchisee is limited to business, retail and administrative functions.

Initial instruction for the owner and one manager carries no additional tuition, while the franchisee pays travel expenses and employee wages. The franchisor provides manuals, approved vendor information, site-selection guidelines and review of proposed locations. It also lists the location on its website and manages a required opening marketing sequence through a designated provider. Once opening dates are agreed, the corporate team conducts an on-site operational-readiness and compliance review; the franchisee pays its travel expenses.

After launch, support includes communication of operating and marketing standards, approved supplier information and access to replacement-manager training. Supplemental on-site training may be required at the current rate of $800 per trainer per day for at least three days, plus expenses. Additional system training or an annual conference may also be offered. The owner is responsible for hiring and supervising employees, using required bookkeeping systems and maintaining qualified clinical oversight.

Why Live Hydration Spa

LIVE Hydration Spa offers a defined operating concept for an entrepreneur interested in managing a local spa and a professional service team. Its business training covers the practical work of opening and running a location, from staffing and customer communication to software, inventory and marketing. The separate direct-spa and management-business structures clarify how ownership can support the services delivered by authorized care providers.

The model suits an owner who wants responsibility for the business while respecting the qualifications and responsibilities of its clinical staff. An approved managing owner remains accountable for overall supervision, and every location must be supervised on site by that owner or a trained operating manager. The brand’s manuals, launch process and ongoing standards provide a consistent framework for that hands-on management role.
