About EverLine Coatings
EverLine Franchising US, Inc. was formed as a Texas corporation on September 16, 2021 and began offering U.S. franchises in December 2021. The April 14, 2026 FDD, amended May 12, 2026, identifies its business address in Houston, Texas. Its Canadian affiliate, EverLine Franchising Ltd., was organized in Alberta on September 23, 2016 and offers franchises in Canada under the same brand.
On September 20, 2024, EverLine Holdings Aggregator, LLC acquired control of the U.S. franchisor. The acquisition placed the company under indirect control of investment funds affiliated with Red Iron Group. The FDD also identifies affiliates involved in national accounts and supplying optional equipment.
The U.S. offering covers mobile line marking, painting and pavement maintenance, with other approved services subject to authorization and required permits. Optional epoxy services have a separate training module and are not assumed to be offered at launch. Item 20 reports 53 U.S. franchised businesses at the end of 2023, 78 at the end of 2024 and 87 at the end of 2025. The Canadian affiliate’s operating outlet is excluded from that table; Item 1 separately reports approximately 23 franchised businesses operating in Canada at December 31, 2025.
EverLine Coatings Training and Support
Initial onboarding. The April 14, 2026 FDD, amended May 12, 2026, describes three training components. First is a twelve-week self-study onboarding program with remote learning and support meetings. Next is approximately one week of pre-opening instruction, typically six days of eight hours each, at the designated training facility or through virtual delivery as the franchisor determines. The disclosed third component is two to three days of in-field training or support, typically expected within sixty days after launch. The agreement makes on-site assistance subject to training completion and other conditions, and permits a separate training charge.
Curriculum and attendance. The training table lists 70–86 classroom hours and 33–43 on-the-job hours across the program. Subjects include the operating system, sales, marketing, estimating, business development, equipment use, troubleshooting and project management, with field instruction in the operating territory. Self-study must be completed before the pre-opening component, and required pre-opening training must be completed before launch. Owners and any approved designated managers must complete the appropriate required training. The business cannot open until personnel are properly trained and the franchisor approves opening in writing.
Training costs. The disclosed initial training fee is $3,970 per trainee. Owners also pay travel, lodging, meals, local transportation and employee wages. Training for replacement managers and additional personnel may incur fees. Additional or remedial training is subject to the franchisor’s then-current charges; the FDD discloses $500 per trainer per day for training other than the initial program, plus applicable trainer expenses. Optional epoxy-service instruction can carry an additional training fee.
Preparing the business. The franchisor provides access to its operating manuals, approved supplier lists and equipment specifications and reviews proposed premises and equipment. Owners source the required items; the franchisor does not deliver or install them. The standard model uses a home office with permitted parking for the branded mobile unit and sales vehicle, together with suitable equipment and trailer storage. Owners handle local permits and property requirements and pay their opening marketing and operating costs.
Continuing guidance and training. Advice about operations, products, suppliers and marketing may be provided remotely at the franchisor’s discretion and subject to staff availability. Additional on-site assistance is also conditional and may carry charges. Up to five days of additional training per year may be required, with owner-paid fees and expenses. A franchise conference may be held and attendance required for up to five days per year; the FDD estimates registration at $1,500–$2,000, separate from travel and accommodation. Owners or their approved managers train subsequent staff and remain responsible for recruiting and employment decisions.
Marketing and technology. Advertising and online profiles require approval. Compliant businesses receive a contact-information listing on the system website while it is maintained. Required local advertising is at least 1% of the preceding month’s gross sales; the FDD’s higher suggested spending is a recommendation rather than that minimum. Brand Development Fund contributions are separate and do not guarantee advertising in an individual territory. Owners purchase and maintain the specified computer and software systems. The disclosed technology setup fee is $1,650, with required software then costing around $190 per month per user license. Hardware upkeep and required upgrades are the owner’s responsibility.
Owner involvement. The standard offering expects active day-to-day owner management. A proposed designated-manager arrangement requires written approval and careful review of the agreement’s management and equity obligations. The owner remains responsible for the business, and at least one person who has completed the entire initial training program must manage and staff it.
