About Corporate Cleaning Group

Corporate Cleaning Group Franchise Systems LLC is based in Livonia, Michigan. It formed in April 2007 and began offering franchises in June of that year. The system’s operating roots include affiliate One Source Cleaning, which began its Livonia cleaning business in March 1995, and Corporate Cleaning Group Inc., which began operating in the Kansas City area in 2003.

Franchisees provide business and institutional customers with cleaning and maintenance under the brand’s service methods, training and management standards. Item 7 of the 2026 FDD estimates $97,240–$146,700 to start a single outlet, including a $59,500 initial franchise fee, a $10,500 Boost Marketing Program fee, a $1,200 website fee and 180 days of additional funds. The business is designed for a home office, so leased commercial premises are optional. Cleaning equipment is selected for the type and size of customer accounts as they are established; a special vehicle is not required.

Corporate Cleaning Group Training and Support

Initial instruction combines operations training in Livonia, Michigan with sales training in Lenexa, Kansas or designated locations. The curriculum lists 42.5 classroom hours and 23.5 hours of hands-on training, covering recruiting, onboarding, billing and payroll, cleaning equipment, floor care, scheduling, customer service, prospect development and proposals. Owners and the general manager must complete the required program satisfactorily before opening. Instructor and material costs are included in the franchise fee; travel, lodging and most meals are the franchisee’s responsibility.

The separate 90-day Boost Marketing Program includes an in-territory sales-coach visit, initial prospect resources, outreach by the internal sales team, selected lead-generation providers and managed social media and LinkedIn campaigns. After opening, franchisees receive periodic support-team check-ins, performance-tracking assistance, updated operating resources and business-development guidance. Ongoing sales support may include lead tracking, pricing guidance and assistance closing business. The system also supplies a local website presence, manuals, approved supplier information and individualized assistance within reasonable limits.

Why Corporate Cleaning Group

Corporate Cleaning Group offers a business-to-business service model with a defined focus on facility customers, including educational, religious, healthcare and professional environments. Its combination of cleaning operations and sales instruction helps connect account development with staffing and service delivery. A home-office model lets the owner organize local work around customer locations, while equipment needs develop with the accounts being served.

This franchise fits an operator who wants to lead people, develop commercial relationships and maintain consistent service standards. Owners personally supervise daily operations unless the franchisor approves a trained manager in writing. The initial marketing program gives the new owner practical sales resources, and ongoing coaching and operating materials support the work of managing accounts and teams. Those features create a structured starting point for an engaged local cleaning-business owner.
